		<description>Awesome Dale.  I appreciated your application of Satir's congruence and the importance of meeting the needs of one's teammates.  I think it is easy to focus on the needs of the team, or oneself, but to be attentive to the needs of one's teammate, that requires an ability that I want to cultivate.</description>
