In the Rapid Software Testing course, we include - development cost - execution cost - maintenance cost - equipment cost - setup cost - reporting cost - transfer cost (what does it take to impart the idea to others?) - opportunity cost (what other work, or test, could you be doing that you can't do because you're doing <i>this</i> test? (That's based on a prior list from Kaner and Bach.) You know, just in case you find the bandwidth to handle 13 dimensions and would appreciate the challenge of an extra eight. :) ---Michael B.
