I had to laugh when I read this article, especially your 'mere coincidence' statement in the opening paragraph, because later in the article you speak of questions to help people jiggle themselves loose when they're stuck. Literally minutes before, I had been reading a section of Jerry Weinberg's book "The Secrets of Consulting", where he described his consultant role as that of a jiggler. He then summarized the First Law of Intervention, or the law of the jiggler, as "Less is more".
